I dont understand the fuss about this mission... yesterday i did it with my Elonian warrior, another warrior, an elem and some heroes and hench. We did it 1st try: with bonus and nobody died. Just stick close to the king and guards those 4 stairs...

Did this mission yesterday with my lvl 20 M/E, took Olias as a Jagged Nova Bomber, Sousuke as SF, Dunko as Light of Deliverance, and also took Mhenlo, Lina, Cynn and Stefan. Easiest way is to camp at the top of the two stairways leading to the king. Defeated Confessor Dorian's group in 20 seconds.

we made it through the other night. Turned soul reaping way up, and the extra energy helped much! Tough mission! (at least the first time through)

Lol I remember when GW was new THK was THE tough mission-ppl got stuck there for weeks! Teams got wiped out before even taking the fort. Sooo many times we'd spilt in 2 groups and guard the gates, one group was wiped out and the king died

By far, THK is my favorite mission out of all three chapters (exluding the Drunken mission in NF :P) I've completed it on my necromancer and on my monk many times, success following for about 90% of the time, depending upon the ability of the group I'm with to follow directions. My first time doing it, my group was wiped out at the very end (right before Dorian) as the Jade armors from the bonus were forgotten about. My next try met with success ^_^
All in all, it's a fun, though slow mission. If anyone needs help with it, just give me a shout in game
